  Should I feel empathy for this woman? I'm sorry I didn't feel any.
  But if the movie wanted to show how decadent is the shiwbiz in Las Vegas and how women are treated there, then it's good.

  Boy this is hard to watch, and not for the reasons it should be.

  This subject matters a lot, but please couldn't the director adds a little more dynamic to it?
  Don't get me wrong, the photos showed during the movie are really beautiful, but the narration is too boring. 2h movie and it gets good only in its 20 final minutes.

  This story could be told in a better way.

  Nicolas Winding Refn likes to tell a story with images and colors more than with a rich dialogue. I respect that, he has an unique style for filming and directing. I'd already seen it in his previous movies and here he refines this aspect but I think it worked better in The Neon Demon because of the context of the movie. The model world fits just right with this style.
