    Emilia Pérez

It is a shame that there are 13 categories at the Oscars that nominated Emilia Perez, taking the chance away from what should have been quite literally ANYTHING else in those categories. Truly one of the worst Oscar nominations in history. It just might be the worst film of 2024.

    Wolf Man

“Wolf Man” (2025) was a disappointment. I was hoping the trailers just weren't great, but it's unfortunately just as bland as the trailers made it seem. It's Cronenberg's “The Fly” without the charm, emotion, and genuine horror. Unfortunately, the film doesn't add any new clever twists to the IP, like Leigh Whannell did with “The Invisible Man” (2020). It instead goes for cliché after cliché with very predictable scares. I've really enjoyed Leigh Whannell's previous work, but unfortunately, this is his weakest film thus far.

Tom Cruise Has Done It Again

After a five year wait I am very pleased to say that this is another great entry in the MI franchise. Tom Cruise has still got it and once again is of course performing death defying stunts that are both exhilarating and impressive to witness. One of the newest additions, Grace (Hayley Atwell) is magnetic and an absolute scene stealer. Her chemistry with Cruise is perfect from her very first scene. The team, Benji…
