    "I think I've done something terrible."

    I've decided to give Vox Lux the benefit of the doubt.

    Yes, the second half loses all of the momentum built up by the ferocious first. The characters are suddenly underwritten and caricaturistic. The final concert is not the catharsis it should be. Wrapped Up aside, the songs are limp and unimaginative, like sub-par Sia songs.
