Snow White 2025
This Snow White remake is easily one of the most controversial films in years. The prince is replaced by a homeless criminal, and his group of friends don’t add much to the story. The pacing is uneven, and some songs feel unnecessary.
That said, Rachel Zegler gives a strong performance, bringing charm and energy to the role. Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen is visually striking, though I’m unsure about her overall portrayal. While the film has its flaws, it’s an interesting and ambitious reimagining that some may appreciate.
