I think everyone should be more like Ferris. Not only is this a very fun watch, I really concur with the simple but important message. In essence, Cameron represents the average person in society - anxious and sticking within the frame of rules. Ferris inspires him, and us in turn, to break the cycle of the everyday.
Ferris adds the element of fun and spontaneity that is often so overlooked. He teaches us to take things less seriously and to live more.
Ferris and his friends will remember the one day they ditched school far more than the days they spent studying frr!
