love in the big city was honestly everything. not your typical bl story, however i, myself, wouldn't even consider it a bl, but rather a beautiful coming-of-age queer drama. this show has all of the elements you need; it's deep, comedic, heartbreaking, and angsty. all of the characters are so well-written that even if you hate any of them, you cannot deny that they are so significant to the story.
