You can really tell when the Writer's Strike hit this movie.The halfway point really does a 180 on the horror set up in the first half. While they may not explicitly say "We are FNAF", the energy is definitely there. I started to get my hopes up in the first half, I'm not gonna lie. There was some genuinely good horror setup, and then that just gets CRUSHED once we hit the midpoint of the movie.
But I like Mathew Lillard, so I can't outright dislike this movie.
