  if i could give this movie 0 stars i would… completely glossed over the fact that she was a literal child, no emotional connection whatsoever, and creates this twisted romanticized version of a naive young girl and a grossly older man. even the “abuse” shown was always resolved within seconds thus not showing the damage it created in pricilla’s life. i hate elvis but i hated this movie even more, “imma imma be a dadde 😢”

  this show means so much to me so to sit and watch it like this was such a special experience. theater has been such a big part of me since i was 6 years old watching my first main stage production of wicked, getting chills for the first time in a dark room while being overwhelmed with the beauty of it all. without this show i don’t know where id be right now, definitely a lot less happy. i love wicked, i love theater, i loved this damn movie, and dammit i loved holding space for cynthia
