Guy Ritchie's The Covenant 2023
First things first, it is not a Guy Ritchie’s movie. At least it is not what you expect when you are looking to see one.
Yes there are a lot of shoot outs etc, but there isn’t this charm that Ritchie has.
With that’s said it is still a very good movie.I enjoyed the characters and the plot, especially with its being partially based on real events.
Overall, would recommend!

The Master and Margarita 2024
I understand that this kind of star rating is high but here me out.
Big Russian cinema has been in the bin for me for many years now, however this truly is good film.
Firstly, it’s absolutely stunning. From scenes and shots to costumes. Secondly, the story itself is also well adopted from the book. Yes there are differences but I think it suits well with the film’s narrative. Finally, the acting game is insane!

Loved the film! Barry was the perfect actor for the role.
When I watch a movie I love to see psychological pressure, confusion and lots of twists. This film incorporates all of these.
However, there are a few things that are hard to describe, that keep me from giving this film a 5-star review.
All and all, a definite recommendation from me!
