Beginning was very ehhh to me, but to see it was all build up for that fantastic scene at the end made it all worth it.
Mike Faist asking Zendaya if she would still love him if he loses reminded me of when I’m at the gym with my boyfriend and I he tells me to do another set or he won’t love me anymore
Was expecting to see more princess. The prince is the main character.
Also the structure of the movie was confusing and choppy, it was lacking a nice rhythm.
Gorey to a point of excess, while also comical at the same time.
Overall it made me sad, because we are nature and why have we forgotten that? We are just killing ourselves.
I think Miyazaki perfected this environmental message in Naussica Valley of the Wind.
Hilarious! Are modern movies even funny? This movie took risks, it was confident and it worked. Dustin Hoffman was so fucking good, his portrayal of a woman never felt offensive or heavy handed. The film was surprisingly nuanced for such a bold plot. I felt Noises Off, slapstick style comedy. Really enjoyed this movie!
