  storyline was a bit hard to follow (maybe because i didn’t really look into the context before watching so i found myself lost in who is who and what did they do), but christopher nolan is absolutely insane. the cinemanography, the sfx—EVERYTHING. god.

  i watched this movie with my dad and my younger brother, and i could clearly tell (throughout the whole movie and our drive back home) that they did not understand some, or maybe a lot of, the messages implied. even in our drive back home, my dad criticised the movie for having “too many messages” and for being “rushed”. that’s when it fully hits me that men will never understand. and even if they do, they won’t ever understand it…
