I was so worried that this movie wouldn't be able to sustain the hype that circulated it this whole time, but I'm so glad to say that I loved this. Generally though, from what I've heard it's been a 50/50 split between either really enjoying this film or labelling it a flop, empty, overly woke or just straight-up tacky - which was a pretty predictable outcome anyway.

I love how you can tell this is from 2010 because Ramona Flowers is considered alternative and ‘not like other girls’. She wouldn’t stand a chance today.
