  warmed my broken little heart. seriously, instant classic, instant comfort film. 
  okay so maybe i’m a softie, or a sucker for period pieces. but i really loved this film. shot excellently, love the attention to detail and the opening credits. paul giamatti gives an absolute masterclass as mr. hunham.

  ok it was amazing to look at but emerald fennel always loses me in the third act. like if this was just a 2 hour long music video, it’d be amazing. unfortunately there was intended to be plot, key word intended because it was not super present. but rosamund pike mother. barry keoghan and jacob elordi ate. this is the kind of generational wealth i aspire to.
