it took me a while to process this movie enough to give it a good accurate review. i can confidently say that this is the weirdest movie i've ever watched. it's suspenseful, it's shocking, and it's gross. it's honestly so genuinely scary and the symbolism is a very good strong part of the movie. it's confusing and trippy and just the right amount of gross to work as an effective horror movie.
