The simplicity of the story and lack of plot was a little boring. However, the film touches on many important and relatable themes like friendship, love, and death. It’s probably better suited for children.

I think this film will be deeply moving even for those who aren’t close to their grandparents, as it explores complex familial relationships that many can resonate with. It also highlights gender roles and disparities that are still prevalent in many Asian societies, which makes it even more relatable and real. Definitely worth the hype and I’m so curious to see the other films the main lead has done.

This film is an emotional rollercoaster. I found myself tearing up at some scenes and laughing at others, and I loved the idea of weaving multiple small and unique narratives together to tell a bigger story.
