The Seventh Seal 1957
My first Bergman & much funnier than I expected; it’s essentially an existential comedy, even dipping its toes into absurdism. I can already tell a rewatch will be immensely illuminating. Loved the visuals, & there’s some truly lovely shot compositions. 90 minutes ain’t a long runtime but it flew by regardless.
