This was an immaculate film experience! I don't even know when was the last time I was this immersed and invested in a film.

The thing with this is that there is no single thing I could criticize and I wish this won an Oscar instead of Conclave.
Masterful execution, great pacing, beautiful cinematography and coloring, non-cringey montages and use of "archival" footage, wonderful casting... this film has it all.

Ps.: I actually cried a bit.....

seen it at iffr 25, it was truly beautiful! dialogue and acting were insane and i also loved the contrasting shots of landscape between all that heavy stuff...

Let me start this off by giving credit to the sound designer, because man it was insane! The sound design definitely carried this whole film, it was nothing like I've ever seen before! Immense respect!

I loved the theme and the concept of this film, it was so pure and original, the kids were amazing! However, I found the pacing a bit too all over the place, the procession of sequences were sometimes rapid but unjustified, and on a larger scale more monotonous. Aside from that it definitely deserves a watch.
