  Anora completely caught me off guard. Sucked in from the beginning; the humour, the visuals, and what an incredible performance from Mikey Madison. Sean always manages to capture the most authentic performances, you almost feel like you’re watching a documentary. This is one of those films that sneaks up on you, and what a choice to end it so abruptly with no credit music, just left with your thoughts contemplating the wild ride. Honestly, this might be my new favourite Sean Baker movie and I adore Red Rocket. I can’t stop thinking about it.

  Babygirl, well, well, well… you knew exactly what you were doing, and you did it so well. Sexy, provocative, and dripping with tension. The performances are captivating, the power dynamics deliciously messy, and the chemistry? Insane. I’ve never seen Nicole like this, you feel every crack in her characters’ polished exterior.
