The Makanai: Cooking for the Maiko House 2023
At first I got confused with the concept of the film and thought: "This is a weird way to shoot a documentary" when it all came together.
It was pretty cute, delicious food shots and nice scenery but some things got me a bit confused (plot felt kinda weird at times, accuarcy of cultural display (for my knowledge (but I am a white european, so who am I to judge))
All in all, it was nice to watch
