I don’t like to say goodbyes
A visceral, yet subtle representation of grief manifesting in ways of salvation. Bird is the salvation, Bird is the symbol of sanity and someone who heard the prayers. I can’t help but see Bird as a physical reenactment of a guardian angel. Sitting high on rooftop curbs, drawn to the sea, and a sense of not feeling real. What really hit was the scene with the “Chinese burn”, Bird grows its wings and flies…
