  The dynamic of Agnès and Jane’s relationship throughout this film is interesting as Jane has let Agnès to be this mastermind behind of a self-portrait of hers and to use Jane as the main character of her fantasies, as well as Agnès’ fantasies and artistic ideas. One thing that also stood out was how Agnès portrayed her in the roles that she hated to play, which probably wouldn’t have happened if she had portrayed herself without the presence of Agnès. 
  I mean after all this is the greatest 40th birthday’s gift ever!
