  cute rom-com, but kinda gives off that old-school vibe. iulia roberts is awesome as vivian—super fun and charming. richard gere’s character is like every rich guy in rom-coms, but it still works. the chemistry is there, and the 90s fashion and music give it some serious nostalgia.

  it’s got that perfect mix of emotional depth and teen angst, and the cast absolutely nails their roles. logan lerman as charlie brings this quiet vulnerability, and emma watson’s being sam was iconic. the film does a great job showing the struggles of growing up—like figuring out who you are, love, and dealing with your past. plus, the 90s soundtrack hits HARD, giving it that nostalgic indie feel. that said, some parts felt kinda rushed, and the pacing was a little off, so it didn’t always hit as deep as it could’ve.

  i honestly didn’t expect to get so emotional watching it, but the way all these love stories tie together is just beautiful. some of them are a little cringy (hugh grant’s dance moves 😭), but there’s something real about how each story shows love in its own way. it made me realize true love really does exist—sometimes it’s messy, unexpected, and not perfect, but it’s real.
