Green Book 2018
Green Book is very simply a Buddy comedy with social Commentary of varying complexity.
What makes the film work is the central relationship between the two leads with the chemistry between Mahershala Ali and Viggo Mortensen being incredibly strong. The film really nails the slow build up of their relationship and portrays real kinship between them.
The films commentary on race and prejudice, whilst nothing we haven't seen before in historical films, is interesting especially when observing the Dr's internal…

Fight Club 1999
Fincher does not hold back in this revealing, violent and savage psychological thriller. The movie moves as such a fast pace it's hard not to miss things and I look forward to rewatching it somewhere in the future.
Both Brad Pitt and Edward Norton are incredible and have incredible chemistry. The film leads you down certain pathways before completely changing those pathways through complex and interconnected twists.
