I remember watching a TV ad for Wallace and Gromit and the wrong trousers. At the end of the AD it had a phone number to purchase the vhs. I remember scrambling to write down the information. It took close to 6 months for the vhs to arrive to my house, but damn did I have that on repeat my entire childhood.
Flash forward to now, while it took multiple decades, this is well worth the wait. It’s so good, neat and charming.

Kinda cringe but shockingly good.
Not gonna lie the first half of this film was really, really cringy. Thankfully the film is self aware about this and doesn’t linger too long. Then the film takes off and focuses on what’s entertaining, David Harbour screen time and racing the track. Without these two ingredients this film would have been a total bust.
