  My favorite war movie. It shows the true carnage of WW1 and the senseless waste of life on a massive scale.

  There are no glorious victory moments in the film like in other war movies. This film portrays the raw cruel, cold, and uncaring nature of war on the western front.   I never know how critical I can be on Star Wars movies. I have to remind my self these films were made for family and children. That being said the rise of skywalker was...okay.
