A Boy Named Charlie Brown 1969
I hadn’t watched this movie in maybe like 17 years and randomly remembered the I before E song last week and was like… wait… that kinda slapped. I should revisit it.
What i learned during the adult brain rewatch is that this is a film about THE DANGERS OF CHASING GLORY, PROCESSING FAILURE, BEING UNAFRAID TO PURSUE YOUR ART EVEN IF IT ALIENATES YOU, and APPRECIATING THE EVERYDAY MOMENTS.
I also love the way the peanuts characters tap their little feet it’s so cute.
