  What a pleasant watch. Haven’t watched much Wes Anderson but he writes exactly how I would, you get to one point, and get to the other. No need for talk of the previous, you already watched it. Remember it.

  Max - 1.5 - writers poorly disguised fetish

  While a fun watch, challengers fell flat for me for a few reasons. No matter how engaging a film can be, dialogue this infuriating and zoomer-esque unhuman (big kojima fan, unhuman writing can be good) breaks the film for me. 
  I wouldn’t even say it was engaging. The tennis triangle was incredibly one-way to me, with a specific character clearly getting the high ground in every encounter.
