  Some of the writing and dialogue felt confusing and corny, which was surprising, especially since the recent animated movie handled the dialogue and scene placement so well, contributing to a cohesive experience at least for me. I didn’t really feel that for this movie. The acting was a mixed bag. Dr. Manhattan and Rorschach delivered standout performances, truly brilliant.
