  Basically a very extra porn set up. Richard looking out at the ocean and jerking off really did it. Had no idea what I was getting into w this one and honestly still couldn’t tell you what happened except that there were very many sea creatures and they learnt how to fuck in doggy by looking at two turtles.

  A beautifully shot film, where shots often look like the cameraman’s hands are shaking and create an intimacy between myself as a viewer and the actresses. It’s an exploration of youthful naïveté and the ultimately inescapable differences created by privilege and classism. We get to see a utopian world become unexpectedly crushed, and although the minor music does suggest that the romance is bound to face an ending, the manner in which the film concludes is unexpected and striking. Loved it, especially as an end of summer watch.

  Absolutely bawled my eyes out even though I started the film thinking it was just silly and fun. I think it combined light heartedness and depth really well but also I was forced to face myself at a very intense level so yeah. Amazing film but goddamn.
