  I’m soooo her claiming to be unavailable and then suddenly immediately head over heels addicted 

  also very interesting depiction of death that is actually very pathetic and painful with childish whimpers that I’ve never seen in film 

  And you know why I came? It’s simple because I could never fall in love with you 

  What are you really like? 

  I don’t want any goodbyes or memories to leave behind when this is over

  this makes hereditary look wholesome

  a coming of age movie ! 

  say no to drugs and the occult kids

  disassociating is all fun and games until it ain’t :/

  hadnt been scared during a film since speak no evil. brava!

  upon reflecting this really is a movie about growing up and craving escapism and the cycle of the depths of despair that can lead to in an effort to be shielded from said despair (made more relevant in the age of technology in which escapism is the default) but also the movie is just scary and cool and not trying too hard to be about anything
