  I wanted to hate it but I just couldn’t. Pretty standard biopic fare of a shitty man, great musician but Timmy knocks it out of the park. (insert speech about how biopic performances should be a separate category for the Oscars). Monica Barbaro is phenomenal. 
  Put me in that time period with that music and I’m sat. 

  This is the most attracted to Timmy I’ve been which is why I cannot date men.

  This movie was written out of the Oscar race too quickly. Absolutely devastatingly beautiful picture. The first person POV is used so well. It brought me deep into the story. Incredible acting all around, especially Aunjanue Ellis.

  Stunning portraits of a mother and a family’s  search for justice. I kept waiting for a big moment, a confrontation or emotional explosion but the power in this remaining quiet and still made it all the more personal and deeply moving. 

  Torres’ performance alone makes this a 5/5 but every aspect is so powerful. The KIDS. The SOUNDTRACK. 

  People getting justice for the crimes their government commits sounds like so nice rn.

  Omg Hugh Grant hi! 
  No i really liked this. Spook factor was def there. Love Yellowjackets girl. Both of them were really strong. A bit heavy handed toward the end, but isn’t that all horror with a metaphor?
