Titanic 1997
I disapprove of anyone who's tried to write this off as "just another romance movie", or categorizing this as ONLY a romance movie, or thinking it's silly because it contains THE romance story that defined a generation. Titanic is a timeless masterpiece and a perfect work of art. It's tragic, hopeful, and daunting. Haunting and mesmerizing. The attention to detail and appreciation for the history that is the backbone of this classic is evident in every scene. I love this movie. I wish more people appreciated it for what it truly is.
