Kolektor 2025
Haven't seen one of these Vivamax movies with a horror twist yet. Incredibly unpleasant. Some good ADR work on the sleazy kidnapper guy. There's a shot at the end of the film where the acting doesn't match the mood of what's supposed to be happening. Mild shock instead of horror. Definitely bottom of the barrel as far as these VMX movies go, and some of them are forty minute ads for Java phone games.

Love and Action in Osaka 1988
Tôru Nakamura plays Tôru, the banker son of a yakuza boss. Tôru is trying to live a legitimate life and hopes to open a resort casino but his father's undworld rivals keep getting in his way.
Tôru is a tough customer and despite misgivings he can't help but kick hell out of anyone that gets in his way.
There's a great drop down drag out fight between Nakamura and Masahiro Takashima about halfway through.
The direction has manga flourishes, stills and backlighting with dramatic poses. A minor movie with major moments throughout.
