  Perfume: The Story of a Murderer 2006

  I have never been so uncomfortable. The ending was so strange and unexpected. The last time I felt this type of dread and repulsion was when I watched “Mother.” That being said I think it was well made and did its job. I have not read the novel it was based on, but am intrigued to see how they differ. The lack of dialogue really threw me for a loop. I think I would rather read about it than see it unfurl.
