Despite the fact that this movie consists almost entirely of back and forth dialogue between two people, I hadn't been this enthralled, deeply involved, or glued to the screen in a long time, eating up every word. It didn't win me over instantly though; each of the three stories slowly pulled me in more and more.

I had a general idea of what to expect from this film, but what I didn't expect was for there to be so much…

This documentary film just about killed me with it's warmth and heartbreaking depiction of human kindness.

I loved everything about this. It's so refreshing to watch something that is focused on genuinely good people in this world. I loved Sergio, and I loved all the adorable women that he got to know during the three months he spent at the nursing home. A couple of them, Rubira in particular, broke my heart more than once.

    Sergio entered this nursing home…

Apparently I gave this film two stars a couple of years ago. But I enjoyed it a lot more this time, especially when watching as part of a Ulli Lommel double feature (alongside Olivia). I do think Olivia is probably a better movie. This one is quite slow at times, but I do really eat up this sort of early 80's atmosphere. It wants to be Halloween (1980) really bad, but also it's own thing. Which it mostly pulls off.…

I really dug this a lot. I love the look and style of early 80's Ulli Lommel movies, like this and The Boogeyman. It's all dark and unsettling. Eerie, droning score that was really effective. Creepy atmosphere. Style to spare. I dig it. And I think Suzanna Love did a great job. The first half is much better than the second half, but it certainly is an unexpected journey to get from Point A to Point B.

One of the better Vinegar Syndrome Blu-rays I've watched recently.

This is hands down the best movie I've seen so far in 2020. Possibly the best film in years. This is everything I look for in film and hope it will be, and I'm usually let down. I felt so many different emotions throughout this beautiful film. I laughed, I smiled a lot, I cried, and when it was over I sat and thought deeply about my own life and how amazing and delicate it is, even during these ugly…
