  idk why but i remember seeing this while i was still a kid but everything was completely hazy. for so long i rlly thought it was just a dream until i came across it on youtube and felt so happy that it was actually a real "shitty" movie.

  the search is over and i finally saw it but im never watching it again.

  i thoroughly enjoyed every single minute of this movie but what truly saddens me is the fact that companies might see this as a way to continue exploiting visual artists in the film industry (or any forms of media), and gaslighting us into thinking that "3 still AI images" is not that big of a deal just because the whole movie is "original".

  we need to stop this narrative and just continue hiring young talented artists to do their job—granted that they are also being compensated nicely and aren't being overworked.

  dare i say that this was emma stone's best acting role to date.

  i understand that this movie is not for everyone's liking, and the obscenities can surely overshadow their understanding of it. the characters weren't flat at all, and they each served a purpose in the storyline.

  the world-building was BEAUTIFUL. the costume designs, the set, the end credits, and the scriptwriting. everything fell into place despite being "weird" or "unconventional".

  yorgos lanthimos, i wish you nothing but happiness and success in your career.
