  Easily one of the most disturbing and horrifying films I've seen. Despite it not being a genre movie, it still manages to outperform most horror movies in the sheer terror and suspense it creates. The household this family lives in is like something from another planet, even though it's still very realistic in how it functions. Dogtooth manages to create a harrowing story about manipulation and rivalry in the most extreme way imaginable, and I have a feeling these scenes will be etched into my memory for years to come.
