I’ll admit there’s a lot of bias coming into this because I’ve been a slam dunk fan since I was like 10.
That said- this exceeded my expectations!! I’m so glad Inoue was the one directing- you can really tell he had full artistic control over all the visual elements of the film. It literally looks like the manga color spreads come to life.
