  Okay. I finally understand why this made so much money.

  Having first seen this as a 10-year-old at the movies and being incredibly bored, I’ve never understand Avatar’s box office performance - a sentiment that has been enhanced by its seemingly lack of presence in the contemporary consciousness.

  However, after seeing this re-release on the big screen again… wow. I get it.
