Most modern crime movies tend to focus on either the psychological aspects (common in serial killer stories) or the procedural elements (especially in heist movies), but this film combines both in a natural way.

It's always nice to have a crime movie that doesn't force you to root for the cops as the main protagonists.

This film is more subtle than Raw and it hits more emotional notes. I came into this movie expecting a body horror freak-out but what I got was a careful unraveling of a complex relationship.
