It's hard to know exactly how to evaluate something like this, since it's literally a PSA, but I don't think it's very good. Sure, it was probably an effective deterrent in its era. Sure, it's sporadically gruesome and brutal. Sure, I do love watching racist kids get what they deserve.
It's incredibly boring, though, and to top it off, it feels offensive (or at least insensitive) towards the real dead kids mentioned at the end, and their families. The death…
