One of the best comedies I’ve seen in an extremely long time. Felt unbelievably contemporary and engaged with a young, modern audience in a way I don’t think I’ve seen before. A lot of the writing felt like something Tim Robinson would’ve come up with in the very best way. High camp, absolutely absurd, deeply endearing. Laughed literally every single time the football players were on screen in full gear for absolutely no reason. Loved it, and am excited for more comedy work from both Ayo and Rachel

Really really really engaging watch. Wish it was a little more gay, but that’s nitpicking. Loved the score a LOT, despite sometimes feeling like an absolutely insane choice, every scene was made better by it. Really excellent performances. Everything from an artistic standpoint was just about as good as it gets here, and I don’t think a single performance in here was anything short of extraordinary. Genuinely some of the most fun I’ve ever had in a theater.

Alright so first of all, love love love the super late title card aligning with the tonal shift of the movie as it pivoted into more of what it was really about.

Sebastian Stan played a really fun blend of charming and batshit insane, and Daisy Edgar-Jones was easy to root for as the story progressed.

The practical effects team seemed like they had a TON of fun here with various bits of gore and the dismembered body parts, it…
