I like they actually get type 1 diabetes shown correctly in this movie.
Usually in movies they give diabetics insulin when they have low blood sugar which is very wrong if this were to happen in real life this would in-fact kill them. This movie shows you need sugar to bring your blood levels back up from a hypo.
