similar to what everyone else is saying, colman domingo's performance is excellent. but it's also one of the only refreshing things about this movie.
the movie was rather generic and underwhelming because there just wasn't enough risk and tension established throughout the story. i can appreciate the efforts to highlight the life of someone as significant as rustin, but this movie felt like a sparse, formulaic biopic that didn't do him justice.

As someone who identifies with Korean diaspora, this movie hit a little too close to home. I can relate to Nora in every way imaginable and I want to thank Greta Lee for candidly portraying this grounded yet ambitious character that I can fully step in to. I have never witnessed a character that mirrors my experiences to the core and it's something that I cherish really deeply.
