Enjoyable watch but very loose script-wise. Lots of interesting snippets of ideas here and there but I didn't feel a mayor driving force at the core of the film. Sauce subplot didn't quite land for me and the humor didn't feel as sharp as previous films by Bong Joon Ho. Loved that for Nasha, though (2 boyfriends).

Beautiful Men 2023
When I was writing my stop motion script, I was told that stylistic choice is not enough justification to make a stop motion animation of a story that could be a live action. I was a bit discouraged but this little film made me bring it back to the drawing table and I'm thankful for that.

Rarely do I ever rate a movie on a numerical scale, let alone rate it so low, but this didn't work on any level. It brushes superficially over all of its themes and plot points. Poorly translated songs. Mediocre to bad music. It gave me gastrointestinal problems.
