While this movie is objectively bad, I still had fun with it. I think in at least some capacity, ‘Ghost Rider’ recognises its own ridiculousness. The corny dialogue, lacklustre story and poor special effects certainly leave much to be desired, but if you want to watch a silly action movie that doesn’t take itself too seriously, it’s a decent watch. I really enjoyed ‘The Death Of Stalin’, especially as someone with an interest in Russian history. This film is funny and pretty accurate to the state of the Soviet Union at the time - it can get away with hilarity solely because the country was run by over glorified schoolboys, with Stalin actively encouraging “bear pit politics” among his closest staff, which this movie portrays in a manner that is both accurate and amusing.
