it gets a 3 because i admire it visually, performance wise- the soundtrack and effects are fantastic. artistically, it’s fantastic, 7/5… but in terms of is it a movie for me? no.
i don’t enjoy the gore and the grotesqueness of it all though. to avoid spoilers, all i will say is that my biggest issue (as someone who is squeamish) was the SOUNDS of the slurping.
