The Brutalist 2024
Liked it, didn't love it. Amazing visuals, superb music and i know for a movie over 3.5 hours long fantastic editing. My big problem with the movie and i will slightly contradict myself but hold steady. It was like it was written by AI, not that it's badly written because the writing is great but it was written to win Oscars, it was as if they took the last 60 years of Oscars history and worked out a story that hit all the notes to win best picture.

The Hunt for Red October 1990
Fantastic, still one of the best Russian accents of all time. My only downside to the movie and it had to lose one whole point, the American submarine should have been defecting to the CCCP rather than the other way. Fuck SirSC he deserved to die not the great Skarsgard. Jack Ryan should have joined the workers paradise, I'm sure he would under Stalin.
