this has to be the worst hospital ever. the "head nurse" is easily the main villain of this movie. she just stands by and lets the patients just climb closer and closer to death's door. at some point rina says how she wants to be a nurse, and she mentions how hard it is. my first thought was yeah you'd think, since the nurses here just stand by and act like everything's out of their control.
