Rye Lane 2023
This film does what Only Fools and Horses could not do for Peckham: actually be filmed there. It’s La La Land, except Los Angeles is Peckham (i.e. better)
Essentially a romcom only funnier, having more personality and better visuals than all others. Also fisheye lens porn.
Will admit the 5* are because of the sentimental value being set and filmed in places I see daily, but still definitely recommend if anyone’s looking for an original and fresh feel-good romcom
